About the Role

Kukurin Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pipe Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of your crew and overseeing the safety and production of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers, operators, and truck drivers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
  • Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
  • Coordinate work activities with other construction project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Assign tasks to employees based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.
  • Confer with managerial or technical personnel to resolve problems and coordinate activities.
  • Order and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Analyze worker or production problems and recommend solutions.
  • Train workers in construction methods, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  • Record information on personnel, production, and operational data.
  • Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction or extraction activities.
  • Arrange for equipment or machinery repairs.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pipe Foreman. Salary is pending experience, with a range of $85,000-$100,000.
