About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.
    • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing a frictionless shopping experience.
    • Utilize technology to facilitate transactions, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Build strong relationships with peers and colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in product knowledge sharing, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers and drive sales.
    • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders.
    • Provide insights related to customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
  • Visual and Business Operations
    • Understand the impact of service and selling on every shift to drive business results.
    • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including new and restock items, and contribute to completion of omni order fulfillment processes.
    • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
    Requirements
    • Anthropologie brand fan
    • Experience in customer service
    • Experience being a team player
    • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays

USD $18.29/Hr.
