THE ROLE

The Mixologist will be responsible for assisting guests in selecting the ideal beverage to suit their preferences, possessing a solid understanding of wines and beers, as well as managing cash and credit transactions during the checkout process. Maintaining a tidy and well-organized bar area while thriving in a high-energy environment is essential.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive and process drink orders from customers
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all orders to guests
  • Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and safety protocols as dictated by company standards
  • Manage guest checks by adhering to established procedures and accurately documenting all necessary information during the order process
  • Handle guest payments, ensuring the accuracy of checks and payment methods to protect both customer and company interests
  • Foster an enjoyable dining atmosphere for all patrons
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

YOU WILL EXCEL AT AXLE'S/GREAT LEGS IF YOU:
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Possess basic arithmetic skills (capable of addition, subtraction, and giving change)
  • Have clear and legible handwriting
  • Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication abilities
  • Hold a valid Operator's License
YOU ARE A TOP CANDIDATE IF YOU:
  • Have experience and/or certification in wine
  • Bring at least one year of bartending experience
