Compensation: $18.00 / Hour

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both inside and outside.
  • Monitor lobby and parking areas through CCTV surveillance.
  • Manage access control at the facility's main entrance and exit.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Observe and report on activities within your assigned area.
  • Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
  • Document incidents and activities in detailed reports.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to pass a thorough pre-employment screening process.
  • Valid Maryland Security License.
  • CPR, First Aid & AED certification required.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
