COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $65,000, influenced by factors such as your skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, and market data. This estimate reflects Aramark's good faith and reasonable assessment of compensation for this position at the time of posting.
Upon hiring, the employee will be considered in an 'at-will position,' allowing Aramark to adjust base salary and other compensation programs at any time for various reasons, including individual performance and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee various aspects of financial management, including billing and reporting.
- Assist in developing internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Aid in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with established guidelines.
- Manage journal entries, invoices, and account reconciliations for monthly and annual closings.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Participate in the annual audit preparation.
- Develop reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Review accounting information to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Proven expertise in supplier payments and invoice processing is essential.
- Experience in supplier reconciliations is necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.
