  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in line with Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
  • Ensure product quality by adhering to proper food preparation techniques and specifications.
  • Efficiently operate a point of sale system/cash register, managing cash, checks, and card payments accurately while maintaining a neat and organized register area.
  • Follow instructions effectively and work independently when required.
  • Ensure that products are stocked and rotated appropriately to maintain freshness and proper display.
  • Promote various brands and products to enhance sales.
  • Act with urgency to minimize customer wait times while maintaining a quick and efficient pace.
  • Build rapport and loyalty with guests through genuine interactions, remembering their names and preferences, and providing fast and friendly service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of services, amenities, and surroundings to assist guests with inquiries.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with all personnel and the public.
  • Work effectively under pressure while maintaining regular attendance, including weekends and holidays.
