Full-time Hourly Position: Ranging from $13.00-$15.00 plus benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
- Engage in daily communication with leadership regarding assigned tasks and timelines.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and positivity when interacting with colleagues and guests.
- Adhere to all safety and health protocols, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including bathrooms, balconies, and furnishings, with a focus on sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Keep corridors tidy and free from waste or clutter.
- Identify and report any loss or damage to linens, furniture, or equipment.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Familiarize yourself with the cleaning agents used and be prepared to answer guest questions.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the property’s operations.

Requirements:
- A passion for excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift/push/carry over 50 pounds regularly.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
