Job Summary:

As a Dental Assistant at Choice Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care to children in our communities. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to support our dental care delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the doctor in procedures, including taking x-rays, IOs, and performing prophylaxis cleaning of teeth.
  • Instruct patients on oral hygiene and chart cavities and teeth with the doctor.
  • Sterilize instruments, set up/breakdown treatment rooms, and prepare materials.
  • Chart patient treatment and treatment plans with the doctor.

Requirements:

  • Certification from a dental college or equivalent experience and/or training.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
  • X-Ray New Mexico certification, BLS certification, and other relevant certifications.
