  • Provide a warm welcome and escort guests to their accommodations.
  • Exhibit a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate the hotel's operational needs.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Exhibit a strong service orientation.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and email communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to complete cleaning tasks.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand and maintain mobility for extended periods, up to 4 hours.
Qualification Standards:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting preferred.

Licenses or Certificates: None required.

Grooming: All team members must uphold a neat and professional appearance (specific standards will be provided).

The compensation for this position is $25.14 per hour.
