Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and edit orders with the sales team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contact customers via phone to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Enter orders into the SAP system with efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role.
- High level of professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks a plus.
