Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of California.
  • At least one year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
