  • Take Orders and Deliver Food: Take beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders into the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare Tableside Items: Prepare tableside items as requested by customers, anticipating their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Complete Side Work: Complete all side work, including wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, and polishing silver and buffing glasses.
  • Explain Menu and Answer Questions: Explain the menu to guests and answer any questions they may have, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Check Quality of Food and Service: Check the quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Restaurant Experience: Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Time Management and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
