Job Summary

As a Front of House Food and Beverage Associate at Caesars Entertainment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include efficiently and accurately performing cashiering transactions, welcoming guests, and ensuring the quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Settle customer checks accurately and complete all cash or credit transactions as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and the ability to describe all specials.
  • Provide an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests.
  • Perform necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Ensure bank is returned to Cage at completion of each shift.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Greet guests in a timely manner and provide menus.
  • Assign guests to tables and ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up.
  • Receive and record guests reservations and speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
  • Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision.
  • Exemplify our DEI culture.

Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, lift and walk intermittently.
  • Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
