We are looking for a proactive and innovative Lead, IS Change Management Operations to enhance and oversee an established change management and communication framework within our Information Services and Informatics divisions.
  • In this pivotal leadership role, you will be tasked with advancing and refining a center of excellence focused on standards, mindset, and training within the organizational change management discipline.
  • Your exceptional relationship-building and persuasive skills will empower you to effectively guide change initiatives, articulate change impacts, and develop, review, and approve pertinent communications.
  • This role also involves supporting project teams by ensuring a cohesive approach to change management throughout project planning and execution, while maintaining the quality and coordination of such strategies.
  • You will play a prominent role within the department and the organization, regularly engaging with other change teams, corporate communications, and IS leadership regarding our change portfolio and best practices in advancing organizational change.
  • A passion for making change engaging and enjoyable for all will require strong cross-functional leadership through influence, confidence, and the establishment of trusted relationships to achieve successful outcomes.
Educational Background:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree.

Preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Professional Experience:

Minimum - Five (5) years of substantial project leadership experience in Healthcare IT and/or analytics.

Preferred - Two (2) years of progressively responsible leadership experience.

Certifications:

Minimum - PMP, PMI-ACP, PfMP, PSM I, PSM II, or a similar project/portfolio management certification.

Preferred -
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean
  • Technical certifications relevant to the area of expertise (Epic, Cisco, VMWare, etc.)
