Job Title: Lead Teller

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support a team of tellers, providing guidance and training to ensure operational excellence
  • Interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating leadership and expertise
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, resolving issues and providing overrides as needed
  • Contribute to the development of new tellers, promoting a culture of learning and growth
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Associate's degree or post-secondary classes/degree preferred
