BDC Sales Operations Specialist
MileOne Autogroup is currently looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of BDC Sales Operations Specialist within our growing department.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage along with a commission structure based on performance. The role requires full-time commitment, involving a flexible 40-hour work schedule with shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and occasional Saturday work. Availability on holidays when the Sales Department is active is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional with a strong sense of initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

We seek someone who is goal-oriented, possesses advanced skills in Excel and computer applications, shows enthusiasm, is receptive to coaching, and demonstrates reliability along with effective written and verbal communication skills.

A positive demeanor, high energy levels, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential. Furthermore, a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction is vital.


Key Responsibilities for BDC Sales Operations Specialist:

As a BDC Sales Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, chats, and text messages.

This role does not involve any face-to-face interactions or direct selling.

Your objective will be to schedule sales appointments that enhance sales volume and uphold customer satisfaction standards while conducting business in an ethical and professional manner.

Additionally, you will follow up with customers who have previously engaged with the dealership and conduct satisfaction surveys.

Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing Internet Sales Leads with a focus on arranging Sales Appointments for the Sales Department
  • Utilizing Sales Phone Scripts for both Outbound and Inbound Calls
  • Employing Objection Handling Techniques
  • Adhering to all Internet Lead Handling protocols
  • Meeting Daily Outbound Call Targets (minimum of 75 calls per day)
  • Achieving KPI Performance Appointment Goals
  • Following up with customers who have visited the dealership
  • Assisting in other areas as required
