Warehouse Order Picker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to fill the role of Warehouse Order Selector at Dennis Food Service. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $19-$23 and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 60 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse.
• Utilize advanced technology devices to locate products and accurately retrieve orders based on quantity and size.
• Assemble and position pallets for timely delivery and ensure that orders are wrapped securely before loading onto trucks.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse position is required.
• Valid license to operate forklifts and pallet jacks is necessary.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour (based on performance benchmarks) *Sign-on Bonus paid after 60 days.
