Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the delivery of value to customers through effective program management.
  • Identify business and customer needs, prioritizing program-level work and guiding this work through the Agile Release Train (ART) Kanban.
  • Manage and prioritize the ART backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for the ART, driving innovation and growth.
  • Continuously define, prioritize, and validate requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor technology product performance, product delivery, product support, and changes to technology solutions to identify new features, changes, and opportunities for inclusion in the future outlook and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • A SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Product Lead role.
  • Experience as a SAFe Product Manager for an ART.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAFe for Teams Certification.
  • Experience with TMIP-J legacy systems and applications.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $135,300-$226,400. Differentiating factors, such as Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills, and competencies, may impact the final salary/hourly rate.
