We're seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented SAFe Product Manager to join our team in Fredericks, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time.
  • Identify business and customer needs, prioritizing program-level work and guiding this work through the Agile Release Train (ART) Kanban.
  • Manage and prioritize the ART backlog.
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for the ART.
  • Continuously define, prioritize, and validate requirements.
  • Monitor technology product performance, product delivery, product support, and changes to technology solutions supporting the technology product to identify new features, changes, and opportunities to include in the future outlook and roadmap for the technology product.
Requirements:
  • A SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a Product Lead role.
  • Experience as a SAFe Product Manager for an ART.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAFe for Teams Certification.
  • Experience with TMIP-J legacy systems and applications.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $135,300-$226,400.
