Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Service Technician to join our team at Industrial Fumigant Company LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions, and treating customer facilities to ensure effective pest management.

About the Role

As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their pest management needs are met. You will work independently, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of pest control methods and products to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer facilities to identify pest issues and develop effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and documentation
  • Utilize company resources and training to provide expert advice and solutions to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pest management activities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of experience in pest control or a related field
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
  • Good driving record and ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat Endorsement
