Abacus Technology Corporation is looking for a Pricing Manager to conduct competitive and cost assessments for proposal submissions related to government contracting opportunities. This role is a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate the cost and pricing documentation for proposal submissions on government contracts.
  • Gather and evaluate competitive cost information through salary surveys, reviewing actual employee compensation, and contract rates.
  • Devise bid strategies to enhance competitiveness.
  • Construct cost models to illustrate pricing strategies effectively.
  • Create modeling templates to support future proposal submissions.
  • Collaborate with prime or subcontractors to ensure cohesive pricing strategies among team members.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing cost proposals and/or financial operations. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Proven experience in creating cost/pricing volumes for IT services contracts at the federal government level. Familiarity with federal government regulations related to contracting, including FAR, DFAR, and CASB. Experience working with the DCAA is essential.
