Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at RF Technologies Inc.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to optimize production efficiency and quality.
* Conduct time studies and process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
* Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability and cost effectiveness of new products.
* Develop and implement manufacturing standards, work instructions, and process documentation.
* Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and troubleshoot production issues.
* Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes and equipment.
* Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address production challenges.
* Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and optimize the selection of tools, equipment, and materials.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
* Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering software tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of quality assurance practices and methodologies is a plus.
