Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement patient care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Monitor and manage patient care to ensure optimal outcomes and minimize complications.
- Document patient care and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required. BSN highly preferred.
- Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card and ACLS certification required.
- Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
- Ability to speak and understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.
This is a per diem position working 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
