Critical Care Nurse

**Job Summary**
The Registered Nurse will be fully engaged in providing quality patient care according to the standards of professional nursing practice. This role requires effective clinical practice, safe medication administration, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and effective treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care, treatment, and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
**Requirements**
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card and ACLS certification.
- Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an acute care facility.
**Work Environment**
