Compassionate Senior Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Senior Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families through personalized assistance with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in condition, recommending adjustments in care and service as needed.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations.
• In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
