Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Role

• You will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
• In collaboration with our healthcare team, you will develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
• As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A passion for working with seniors and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing seamless care delivery.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications in areas such as CPR, First Aid, and Medical Terminology preferred.
• Experience working in long-term care or a related field is an asset.
