Buyer and Supplier Development Expert

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
Key responsibilities include implementing continuous improvement initiatives, developing supplier relationships, reviewing requisitions, and preparing purchase orders.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Improved supplier performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Increased efficiency in procurement processes through effective relationship management.
- Reduced costs through negotiation and contract management.
- Improved delivery times through effective communication with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Two-year certificate from college, technical school, or military training, three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows based computer program, and ERP/MRP based company-wide sales order administrative systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
