Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for assisting management in routine administrative and operational tasks within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality
    • Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
    • Conduct periodic food safety audits.
    • Provide on-going coaching and feedback to crew on customer service, product quality, and speed of service.
  • Financial
    • Share with the Management team day-to-day responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening/closing safe, and verifying drawers.
  • Operations
    • Conduct daily inventory, complete shift-to-shift food safety audit, and set up daily control sheets.
    • Review facility and equipment readiness.
    • Monitor inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment on a daily basis to ensure adherence to company standards.
    • Monitor speed with service (SWS) performance and resolve bottlenecks to achieve SWS goals.
    • In the absence of management, responsible for food and supplies deliveries and restaurant opening and closing.
  • Human Resources
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback for crew employees.
    • Provide hands-on training for crew in Learning Zone.
Qualifications

Candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
