Regulatory Affairs Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Jeeter. As a key member of our distribution compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cannabis distribution activities comply with state and federal regulations.

In this role, you will oversee the tracking and reporting of product movement, maintain accurate distribution records, and ensure that all products are distributed in line with legal and compliance requirements. You will also manage ERP systems for compliance-related data and act as the communication liaison between distribution teams and regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role within a regulated industry and knowledge of state and federal cannabis distribution regulations. You will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Track product movement and maintain accurate records
  • Manage ERP systems for compliance-related data
  • Act as communication liaison between distribution teams and regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance role within a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of state and federal cannabis distribution regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
