Job Description
Cannon Equipment is seeking a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's adherence to global regulatory requirements, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, import & export regulations, and cybersecurity & privacy regulations.

Responsibilities
This role will involve:

  • Providing legal advice and counsel on global regulatory compliance matters
  • Collaborating with management and business units to ensure compliance with ethics and compliance policies
  • Conducting periodic compliance risk assessments and providing legal advice related to process improvements and risk mitigation steps

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A J.D. from an accredited law school with proven academic success
  • At least five years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm and/or a corporate or regulatory setting
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively and independently handle a variety of anti-corruption, anti-bribery, import & export, cybersecurity, and privacy law matters

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
