About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our culinary operations to ensure that our clients and residents receive exceptional food service and dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the dining services team to ensure that food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met.
  • Assist the Account Manager in maintaining records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • Train and develop staff to meet HCSG standards, including touring the kitchen to assess work quality and provide feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, residents, and staff to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure that established safety and quality guidelines are met, including infection control and universal precautions policies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized training in food service management and nutrition desirable.
  • Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision experience desired.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
