Key Responsibilities

As a Production Specialist at Roche, you will be responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing activities in various cross-functional areas, including production planning and control, quality, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
  • Facilitating self-directed work teams, providing training in core skills areas to teams and peers, and interacting with internal and external customers concerning product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
  • Identifying and participating in continuous improvement projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma with 3 years related experience, Associate's Degree with 1-year related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Specialized training or certification in a particular area, system, or equipment.
  • A thorough understanding of the principles and applications of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • The ability to apply basic Lean Manufacturing methodology.
Work Schedule

You will be required to work Sunday (10:30 pm - 7 am), Monday - Thursday (10:30 pm - 7 am).
