About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Softworld Inc. as a Network Administrator. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network administration, and software development support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration for critical software development tools and R&D network domain servers.
  • Coordinate closely with developers and IT representatives to ensure proper design and deployment of engineering networks.
  • Manage code signing certificates and aid in the signing of compiled results or setup of automated CI/CD pipeline code signing.
  • Aid in managing vSphere VM infrastructure used for software development.
  • Take point in establishing and documenting R&D networks and development systems within new office locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Administration, or Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in Network Administration.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results on technical challenges.
  • Experience with network protocols, network management systems, security principles, and network (Wi-Fi and LAN) troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in administering development tools, Wi-Fi networking, and virtual machines on local networks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
  • Experience with Cisco Wi-Fi controllers and Wi-Fi radius servers.
  • Understanding of code signing certificates and experience with VMWare and vSphere Virtual Machines in an R&D environment.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Batch files.
  • Good understanding of healthcare domain regulations and medical software development processes.
