About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance Applications Senior Manager to lead business engagements and drive strategic planning, process reengineering, and the implementation of efficient business, financial, and operational systems workflows aligned with organizational initiatives and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation: Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Finance systems to ensure optimal performance and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into optimal SAP solutions, driving system improvements and ensuring adherence to best practices for system security and data integrity.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Participate in strategic business planning with Finance and IT teams to develop enhancement options addressing specific functional needs or issues.
  • Project Management: Lead functional and technical teams throughout all phases of project lifecycles, conducting comprehensive training sessions for end-users on new processes and solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize business processes using SAP S/4HANA Finance to improve operational efficiency, performing routine diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, and testing of the SAP S/4HANA system.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including experience in a consultative or IT role involving complex, large-scale SAP project implementations with a global user base.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP table structures, queries, Report Painter, and Report Writer, as well as expertise in system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder management, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
