Overview:
First Student is recognized as the foremost provider of school transportation in North America, boasting over a century of expertise in delivering safe and dependable transport solutions. Position Summary:
This role pertains to a forthcoming business initiative within MPC Bus Co. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and make independent operational decisions in the absence of senior management.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient functioning of services.
  • Train staff in various operational tasks, including Scheduling, Service Control, and System Administration.
  • Maintain proficiency in system administration and demonstrate strong administrative capabilities.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in demand-responsive customer service (paratransit, taxi, ambulance, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with computer systems relevant to the role.
  • Familiarity with Trapeze PASS software is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
