Position Summary:

This role is responsible for accurately counting, verifying, and documenting all financial transactions associated with the main bank, cash cage, slot attendants, auxiliary outlets, and special events. The individual will complete necessary paperwork for each department, prepare and process bank deposits, and manage increases and exchanges. Additionally, the position involves counting and processing daily revenue and generating cash summary reports for each shift. The role also includes handling all financial transactions between the Main Bank and cashiers, ensuring proper consolidation of transactions on a per-shift basis, and maintaining the required level of funds at the cash cage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate transactions on a per-shift basis.
  • Ensure appropriate fund levels at the cash cage.
  • Manage the purchase of drops from the Count Room.
  • Facilitate exchanges of gaming vouchers for cash, issue tax forms related to jackpots, and process customer deposits and withdrawals.
  • Record all relevant information on accounting spreadsheets and logs.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence is necessary. Effective communication skills are required, particularly in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Mathematical Skills:

Capability to perform basic arithmetic operations to ensure accurate payouts and compute tax rates for jackpot payouts.

Computer Skills:

Intermediate proficiency in PC skills, including spreadsheets, internet, and email. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.

Certificates and Licenses:

Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the relevant regulatory authority.
