Job Description

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours
  • Full-time position - 8 hours daily, requiring presence in the office for 5 days.
  • Initial training period spans two weeks, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
  • Availability for one weekend day may be necessary.

Role Overview:

  • Serve as a representative for clients within the Consumer Unsecured Merchant Financing division, ensuring a superior level of service is provided. This role involves articulating and offering suitable service and support solutions while identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Engage with clients by actively listening to ascertain their needs and provide precise information regarding credit decisions based on submitted applications.
  • Meticulously document all interactions with clients and Merchant partner locations using a tracking system, while also recording any expressions of dissatisfaction in our database.
  • Complete daily tasks in compliance with established policies and procedures, adhering to relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure all follow-up tasks are executed in accordance with policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Meet all Call Quality and Operational standards, and assist with additional responsibilities as required to support business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to grasp new concepts and information efficiently.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving client issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team player.

Dress Code: Business Casual

  • Jeans are permitted if they are well-fitted and free of tears or rips.
  • Sneakers are acceptable if they are clean and laced; sandals are allowed but flip-flops are not.
