Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver to join our innovative team at Tower Mobility. Our mission is to transform transportation through sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $18 per hour plus tips ranging from $3 to $8 per hour. Employees are eligible for the Uber Black Service and receive 100% of tips directly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate our state-of-the-art Tesla Model Y, with all maintenance and operational costs covered.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while ensuring passenger safety.
- Utilize mobile technology for efficient routing and passenger pick-up.

Qualifications:
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing, including marijuana.
- Minimum age of 23 years for insurance purposes.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least one year.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Previous ride-share experience is preferred.

This position is classified as a W2 employee role.
