We offer competitive pay ranging from $30,000 to $33,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Support Specialist or Caregiver and Companion, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, collaborating with colleagues to provide essential care to clients.

Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience working with disabilities, although this is not mandatory. We also require a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle. If you're passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you'll support clients with all aspects of home and community life, including ensuring their safety, personal hygiene, and well-being. You'll also assist with scheduling medical appointments, cooking, cleaning, and organizing social activities.
