About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Adelbrook Community Services Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide daily living skills training and support to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Certifications in CPR/FA and First Aid required.
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
