We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse Resident to join our team at US Oncology, Inc. As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients, adhering to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations.
- Recognize physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of care and participate in company-wide quality initiatives.
- Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
- Completed graduation from an accredited program for professional nursing education within three years prior to January 2025; BSN preferred.
- Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac and Life Support) certification required.
- RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state is required by end of residency program in order to be hired on into a permanent position.
