Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Roundhouse Communities LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Assist with vendor management and coordinate with outside contractors as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance and repair work.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
