Core Responsibilities

As a key member of our land development engineering team, you will:
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of civil engineering construction documents and conceptual site layouts.
  • Conduct comprehensive civil utility and site design, including water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and fire flow design.
  • Develop site grading plans and manage sediment and erosion control design and permitting.
  • Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and project teams to ensure project success.
  • Engage in all phases of projects from initial concept through to construction administration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Prepared to present work samples and/or complete a CAD assessment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) status with a pathway to Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Experience with storm drainage, sanitary sewer systems, and site grading.

All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
