About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at The Hartford. As a Personal Lines Auto and Home insurance Licensed Agent, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions to our customers, evaluating risk, and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Evaluate risk and develop tailored insurance solutions
  • Confidently ask for the sale and overcome objections
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Active license to sell auto and home insurance in your state of residence
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience and a strong track record of success
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle up to 20-25 inbound calls per day
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

The annualized base pay range for this role is $42,720 - $64,080. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
