Molecular Imaging and Therapeutics Specialist

The Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco is seeking a highly skilled nuclear medicine trained physician to join the Molecular Imaging and Therapeutics Section within the department.

The selected candidate will be appointed at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the Clinical X, in-Residence, or HS Clinical series depending on qualifications and interests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to building a strong academic career and excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research.

The selected candidate will provide clinical services primarily at the UCSF Moffitt/Long and Mission Bay Hospitals, but may also include clinical work at other UCSF Health and UCSF affiliated sites.

The position requires an MD degree (or equivalent), ability (or eligible) to practice medicine in California, and completion of specialty training in Nuclear Medicine leading to certification by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine (or eligible).

The selected candidate must meet all of the qualifications at the time of appointment.
