Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in supervising craft and subcontractors, as well as experience with project management software such as Primavera. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and coordinate work assignments to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide technical and administrative direction to superintendents, construction engineers, and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients and their representatives to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
  • Establish and implement construction schedules, manning charts, and material requirements.
  • Coordinate multi-discipline craft activities and ensure effective utilization of personnel.
Requirements:
  • 7 years' experience supervising craft and subcontractors in industrial construction and services.
  • 3 years' experience maintaining job schedules using Primavera or equivalent software.
  • DOE project experience preferred.
