Role Responsibilities:
As a key member of our legal team, you will:

  • Oversee employment law issues, offering expert advice across various domestic and international employment law domains.
  • Manage litigation processes encompassing a wide array of commercial, regulatory, and employment-related matters.
  • Engage in litigation strategy development, including document management, oversight of outside counsel, and proactive dispute resolution.
  • Support corporate compliance initiatives, particularly in relation to regulatory and employment matters.
  • Conduct corporate investigations and provide legal counsel to senior executives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with at least 4 years focused on employment law.
  • Strong expertise in managing complex commercial litigation and employment class actions.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
