**Position Overview:**
The **Quality Engineer** is integral to our mission, focusing on identifying and proposing enhancements to quality parameters through the application of statistical methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes. This role is essential in ensuring statistical reliability by carefully defining sample sizes, acceptable error margins, and confidence levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
    Collect, analyze, and summarize data to complete reports, providing recommendations as necessary.
  • **Continuous Learning:**
    Participate in educational workshops to advance professional and technical knowledge.
  • **Customer Resolution:**
    Address customer complaints and initiate corrective actions within the complaint management system.
  • **Project and Change Management:**
    Propose and plan projects aimed at reducing manufacturing costs, enhancing processes, improving product quality and reliability, and increasing process capability.
  • **Process Improvement and Standardization:**
    Advocate for and implement process improvements within the quality department.
  • **Additional Duties:**
    Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

**Education and Qualifications:**
  • An Associate's degree in a related engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience in a related field is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

**Essential Skills:**
  • Strong grasp of Quality Engineering principles and practices, including compliance with policies, ISO standards, and document control.
  • Proficient in interpreting and utilizing CAD drawings.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.

The **Quality Engineer** position is a full-time, on-site role that reports directly to the Quality Manager and collaborates closely with Quality Technicians.
