We are looking for an experienced Quality professional from a shop setting to ensure that our client's products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.

When you become the Quality Manager, or Quality Assurance Manager, will oversee the inspection of the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. A great quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail.

You must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.

The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
  • Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
  • Supervise up to 5+ employees and monitor production standards.
  • Daily interaction with management, shop supervisors and shop personnel.
  • Engage with suppliers, customers, and 3rd party assessors as required.
  • Toolcrib and shop inspection gages oversight, calibration, and new purchase.
  • Ensure all ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements met with Management Review.
  • Oversee to ensure all legal, health and safety protocols and goals are met.
  • Generate FAIRs, PPAPs, PFMEAs, APQPs to customer requirements.
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
  • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and approve the right products or reject products that fail quality standards.
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
  • Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities, improvements and develop new efficient procedures.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as quality leader is a strong advantage but a willing trainee is welcome
  • Conscientious and responsible
  • A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis / statistical methods
  • BS / BA in business administration or relevant field is an advantage but not required
  • Certification in quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, AS9100 etc)
  • Be able to help oversee all Health and Safety protocols
