Cardiovascular Specialist - Cath Lab Registered Nurse

At CodeForce, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Specialist - Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility for the routine care and maintenance of radiological equipment, as well as quality patient care and maintenance of required cath lab competencies.
  • Explain procedures to patients to alleviate anxiety and provide emotional support.
  • Work collaboratively with a team environment, including on-call assignments and emergency situations.
  • Interact with physicians during procedures, emergencies, and data interpretation.
  • Provide primary and critical patient care, administer medications, and manage post-procedure processes.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing - Associate Degree/Diploma (BSN preferred) & accredited RTR and/or RCIS training program.
  • Current Colorado Registered Nurse License with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a specialty unit (Critical Care, ED, PACU, or Radiology) preferred.
  • Proficiency in cardiology nursing procedures and skills, including cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation preferred.
